Fairfield County Chorale

September Sing

Featuring selections from G.F. Handel's Messiah and J.S. Bach's Mass in B Minor. The audience is the choir at this event.

Did you know there are about a quarter of a million notes in Handel's Messiah? Join the Fairfield County Chorale and sing just a few hundred at their “September Sing” on September 10th 4:00pm at the Trinity Episcopal Church in Southport. It's a fun relaxed read-through of selections from G.F. Handel's Messiah and J.S. Bach's Mass in B Minor.

Enjoy a wine and cheese reception with members of the chorale and their dynamic music director, David Rosenmeyer. And consider joining the chorale – all are invited for an informal audition after the Sing.

“What could be more joyous than singing together? September Sing is a wonderful tradition that let's the public sing with us and let's us introduce our new season of Bernstein, Bach and Handel. Come sing with us!” David Rosenmeyer.
