Greater New Haven Community Chorus
Greater New Haven Community Chorus welcomes singers for the fall!
Open rehearsals on Thursdays, Sept. 8, 15, and 22. Open to singers with all levels of musical experience!
Greater New Haven Community Chorus, a non-auditioned, four part (SATB) chorus, is currently inviting singers to join GNHCC for our 59th season in 2022-2023. Rehearsals will begin on Thursday, September 8th at 7 pm at the First Presbyterian Church, 704 Whitney Avenue, New Haven. No audition is required, and singers of all levels of experience are welcome. We will be rehearsing in person, with Zoom projection available for those who want or need to sing from home.
Interested singers are invited to attend up to three rehearsals as guests before committing to join the chorus. Prospective singers may visit any rehearsal during this period. Rehearsals are held every Thursday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 PM.

Manchester Symphony Orchestra and Chorale
Manchester Chorale's First 2022-23 Rehearsal
Concerts in December, April, and June
Join Manchester Symphony Orchestra and Chorale for an exciting 62nd season. In December, the chorale will perform "Music, She Wrote", a concert of music by women composers from the 12th to the 21st century. The April and June Pops concerts are joint performances with the Manchester Symphony Orchestra.
Venue: Manchester High School, 134 E. Middle Turnpike, Manchester CT (enter from Summit St parking lot). Rehearsal begins at 7:30, new singers please arrive by 7:15 if possible.
Tickets: Not applicable. New singers will meet individually after the first few rehearsals to determine their section placement.
