"Illuminare" by Elaine Hagenberg
Released in 2022, "Illuminare" is an “illuminating” new work that is exquisitely gorgeous and gloriously uplifting. It is the first major composition by this composer, whose music has been described as “soars with eloquence and ingenuity”.
"Stabat Mater" by Kim André Arnesen
Also released in 2022 (SATB version), Arnesen's "Stabat Mater" breathes new life into the 13th century Latin hymn, which portrays the Virgin Mary's suffering at the crucifixion of her son. Arnesen's characteristic rich harmonies and memorable melodic lines combine to create this powerful and emotional major new choral work.
